Who we work with

Four types of seller.
One standard of work.

01
Brand Owners & Manufacturers
You have catalogue depth and brand equity. We turn that into Amazon revenue — product by product, ASIN by ASIN — with full visibility on what each one actually contributes to your bottom line.
02
Private Label Sellers
The margin on private label lives or dies in execution. We run the PPC architecture, keyword strategy and listing infrastructure that turns a good product into a consistently profitable one.
03
Wholesale & Resellers
Wholesale profit margins are thin. Wasted ad spend, a lost Buy Box, or a single misconfigured campaign can erase them entirely. We watch the numbers every day so you don't have to.
04
Agencies — White Label
Your clients need Amazon expertise. We deliver it under your brand — full reporting, weekly comms, complete account management. Silent, accountable, no client-facing contact unless agreed.

"We came in with a 46% ACoS and no idea which products were actually making money. Within 6 weeks the PPC was restructured, the loss-making ASINs were identified and the budget was working where it should be. ACoS is now 12%. Revenue up 180% in 8 months."

"We'd launched products before and they'd died on page 4. This time the keyword architecture, the PPC and the Vine enrolment were done before the listing even went live. Page one in 6 weeks. 94 reviews in 60 days. Still there 8 months later."

"Before this I was looking at Seller Central revenue numbers and thinking the account was healthy. The per-ASIN breakdown showed 6 products with negative real margin. That was £3,200 a month being destroyed quietly. Now it's not."

FAQ

Common questions.
Straight answers.

No hedging. The questions we get asked most — answered honestly.

How long until we see results?
Listing optimisation and PPC restructures typically show measurable improvement within 4–8 weeks. Organic ranking improvements take 2–4 months. We set realistic expectations from day one, not projections designed to close the sale.
Do you take a percentage of ad spend?
No. Our fees are fixed monthly retainers. We don't benefit from you spending more on ads — our incentive is making your spend work harder, not making it bigger.
What access do you need to my account?
We request third-party user access to your Seller Central account — you retain full ownership and can revoke access at any time. We never ask for your primary login credentials.
Can you manage accounts outside the UK?
Yes. We manage accounts across Amazon UK, EU (DE, FR, IT, ES), US and other marketplaces. International expansion is part of our Scale package.
What's the minimum ad budget you work with?
We recommend a minimum of £1,000/month in ad spend for PPC management to be commercially worthwhile. Smaller accounts still benefit from listing optimisation and FBA consultancy.
Do you work with new sellers?
Both new and established. New accounts need a strong foundation and patient launch strategy; established accounts often need optimisation and cost reduction first.
What does reporting look like?
Weekly catchup calls on Growth and Scale plans, monthly on Starter. Reports cover revenue, ROAS, ACoS, organic rank and a clear summary of what was done and what's next.
Is there a minimum contract length?
No. All agreements are rolling monthly contracts. We don't lock clients in because results should be what keeps us working together. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice.

Built by someone who

"Most sellers are managing their Amazon account themselves, at 11pm, with a spreadsheet and a prayer. There's a better way. We built RankHouse because the gap between what sellers are getting and what's possible is enormous."
RankHouse is built and run by Daniel Whalley — founder of Quiet Giants Group Ltd. Not theory, not courses, not templates. Actual account management, actual results, actual accountability.
We work with a small number of clients at any one time. When you work with RankHouse, you work with Daniel. Not an account manager, not a junior, not a chatbot.

Managing accounts since 2020

"i built rankhouse because the sellers i was speaking to had no idea which of their products were actually making money."

Most Amazon accounts look healthy on the surface. Revenue is up. Sessions are good. The dashboard looks fine. But underneath — once you account for FBA fees, return rates, storage charges and ad spend on a per-ASIN basis — a significant portion of what looks like revenue is quietly destroying margin.

I'd seen it too many times. And I'd seen what most agencies do about it: nothing. Spend 20 minutes a day scrolling through ad campaigns. Send a revenue report at the end of the month. No strategy. No ASIN-level analysis. No understanding of where the actual margin is going. Just a retainer collected and a client left wondering why the account isn't growing.

That's not management. That's maintenance — and expensive maintenance at that. Sellers deserve to know exactly which products are profitable, which are dragging the account down, and what to do about it. Every week. Not as a quarterly review. Not buried in a PDF.

RankHouse is built around that standard. Heavy reporting. Detailed analysis. Good product management and even better creative assets. We built our own tool because nothing else surfaced the right numbers — per ASIN, per week — in a way that made the decision obvious.

01
heavy reporting
Per-ASIN profitability. Every week. So you always know where the money is going.
02
detailed analysis
We don't report on vanity metrics. We track margin, ACoS, ROAS and what it all means for your bottom line.
03
good product management
Listings, FBA, launches, PPC — every element managed together because they all affect each other.
04
even better assets
A+ Content, Brand Store, listing images — built to convert, not just to look good.
