Privacy policy.

Last updated: 16 August 2026 · Applies to rankhouse.co.uk and the services of Quiet Giants Group Ltd

The short version: we collect the personal data you give us (like your email when you request an audit or book a call), the data needed to run your Amazon account when you become a client, and basic technical data when you use this site. We use it to provide our services, respond to you, and improve what we do. We don't sell it, ever. You can ask us what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time by emailing amazon@rankhouse.co.uk.

1. Who we are

rankhouse is a trading name of Quiet Giants Group Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17020070) with its registered office at Suite 3 Highfield House, Congleton Road, Scholar Green, Stoke-on-Trent ST7 3SY, United Kingdom. For the purposes of UK data protection law (the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018), Quiet Giants Group Ltd is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy, except where we process client account data on a client's instructions, in which case we act as a processor (see section 5).

Questions, requests or complaints about personal data: amazon@rankhouse.co.uk.

4. Who we share data with

We never sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, under contracts that restrict what they can do with it:

Where a client engagement involves our named creative partner (JungleLook) or other specialists, we share only what is needed to deliver the work, under confidentiality obligations.

5. Client account data

When we work inside a client's Amazon account, the client remains the controller of any customer personal data in that account, and we act as their processor: we access it only as needed to deliver the services, on the client's instructions, and we do not use their customers' personal data for any other purpose. Marketplace data is handled in line with Amazon's own policies. Published case studies use figures only with the client's permission, and anonymised results never identify a client's customers.

6. International transfers

Some of our providers (for example scheduling and analytics) process data in the United States or elsewhere outside the UK. Where that happens, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards — such as the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, UK adequacy regulations, or the International Data Transfer Agreement / standard contractual clauses.

7. How long we keep it

8. Cookies

This site uses strictly necessary functionality, plus, where enabled, analytics cookies. We manage consent through Ketch, the banner and preference centre you see when you first visit: strictly necessary items don't require consent, everything else runs only if you allow it, and you can change or withdraw your choices at any time through the preference centre or by clearing cookies in your browser. Refusing non-essential cookies doesn't affect your use of the site.

9. Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

To exercise any of these, email amazon@rankhouse.co.uk. We'll respond within one month. We may need to verify your identity first. You also have the right to complain to the UK's supervisory authority, the Information Commissioner's Office, at ico.org.uk or 0303 123 1113 — though we'd appreciate the chance to resolve any concern directly first.

10. Security

We protect personal data with appropriate technical and organisational measures: access to client accounts is limited to those who need it, protected by strong authentication; devices are encrypted; and providers are chosen with security in mind. No internet service can be guaranteed 100% secure, but we take the responsibility seriously and will notify you and the ICO of any breach where the law requires it.

11. Children

Our services and this website are directed at businesses and are not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

12. Changes to this policy

We'll update this page when our practices or the law change, and revise the date at the top. Significant changes affecting clients will be communicated directly.
